Injection Line
LCK Packaging has near 3000m2 plant for injection . Now we have 80 set injection mashines with automatic manipulator. The yearly capacity is about 60,000,000 pcs .
Coating Line
4 coating line is located in 2 floor. We have about 8 skilled worker for every line . This coating line make us more flexible for sample making and mass production arrangement . Meanwhile it also can support our high quality stablility .
Screen Printing & Hot stamping Line
We have 10 semi-screen Printing and 6 hot stamping machines in 3 floor . These machines could support us for small quantity order . For high quantity order , we also have 1 auto-screen printing line .
Assembly Line
4 assembly line is located in 3 floor . 2 assembly line for outer cap and inner cap , 1 assembly line for outer bottle and inner bottle , 1 assembly line for make up container . All the cosmetic container will be assembly by our skilled worker .
